- At the age of 5, Tammy created her first painting on canvas, that hangs on her wall in a shadow box 23 years later. Art has always been the focus in her life. Just after graduating from Norview High School in 1982, Tammy was discovered by a large mural company in Norfolk, Virginia where she was hired as a professional muralist. During her employment there, she traveled up and down the East Coast painting beautiful murals for businesses, residences, several aircraft carriers, and other Navy war ships.
- In 1989, Tammy moved to the Richmond, Virginia area to establish a business of her own. There is a great demand for her services. She paints lovely murals and her specialty is trompe l'oeil.
